Measure your wrist
Wrap a soft tape measure, or a strip of paper or string, around your wrist just above the wrist bone.
Mark where it meets, then lay it flat against a ruler and read the length.
Add 1 to 2 cm 0.4 to 0.8 in 1 cm 0.4 in 2 cm 0.8 in
