1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms cover your use of luzari.co (the "site") and every order you place with us. By visiting or using the site, or placing an order, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who you are buying from

Your contract is with NZ Supps Limited, trading as Luzari ("Luzari", "we", "us", "our"), 97B Keith Street, Roslyn, Palmerston North 4414, New Zealand. Email: support@luzari.co. Phone: +64 27 561 6261. The site runs on Shopify, but every sale is made directly between you and Luzari.

3. Using the site

Use the site for lawful, personal shopping. You must not misuse the site, interfere with how it works, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a volume that affects other shoppers, or use it in a way that infringes anyone's rights. Automated agents must identify themselves as automated and follow any limits we set.

4. Our products

Luzari sells jade jewellery: jade bracelets and jade chains. Product descriptions, measurements and photos are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Jade is a natural stone, so colour, pattern, veining and translucency vary from piece to piece, and the piece you receive will not be identical to the photo. Screen settings can also change how colours look. This natural variation is not a fault.

If we find a genuine error in a listing before your order ships, we will contact you to confirm, correct or cancel the order. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Prices, taxes, duties and payment

  • Prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed at checkout. The checkout total, including any GST, VAT or sales tax we are required to collect, is the amount we charge.
  • Shipping is free on orders over $89.95 USD, otherwise a flat $9.95 USD. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
  • For orders delivered outside New Zealand, import duties and taxes are not included in our prices and are not prepaid. If the destination country charges them, they are paid by the recipient.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We do not add a surcharge for any payment method. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify. We never store your full card number.

6. The pair offer: Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off

When your cart holds two or more eligible Luzari pieces, the "Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off" offer applies automatically at checkout. The lower-priced piece of each pair is 50% off. You do not need a code. The discount is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. If you return one piece from a pair, we refund the amount you actually paid for that piece after the discount.

7. Orders, acceptance and cancellation

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it and send you a shipping confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, we suspect fraud, or the address is outside the seven countries we ship to or is a PO box or parcel locker. If we cancel, we refund you in full to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • You can cancel free of charge before dispatch by emailing support@luzari.co with your order number. After dispatch, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
  • Please give accurate contact, billing and delivery details.

8. Shipping

We ship to New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Sweden from our logistics partner's warehouse. Orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days from the day you order. Shipping is free over $89.95 USD, otherwise $9.95 USD flat. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns and refunds

You can return any piece within 90 days of delivery if it is unworn, undamaged and in its gift box. There is no restocking fee. Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days of your return reaching us. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You keep your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, and under any consumer law where you live. If a product does not meet the standards those Acts set, the remedy the law requires applies even where a condition or time limit in our policies would say otherwise.

11. Intellectual property

The site and its text, photos, graphics, logos, the Luzari name and code are owned by or licensed to Luzari. You may view and use the site for personal shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially use any of this material without our written permission.

12. Reviews and submissions

Reviews, photos and messages you send must be honest, lawful and not misleading. You give us permission to display them on the site and use them to run and promote the store, in line with our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unrelated to the product, but we do not remove or edit genuine reviews because they are negative.

13. Third-party services

The store relies on third parties including Shopify, payment processors, our logistics and delivery partners, Track123 and Judge.me, each with its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to. This does not limit what we owe you under consumer law.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work to keep the site available, accurate and free of errors, but interruptions and technical errors can happen. To the maximum extent the law allows:

  • the site is provided "as is", and we are not liable for loss caused by the site being unavailable,
  • neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, and
  • our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

None of this excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

15. Suspension and termination

We may refuse an order, cancel an order that has not shipped, or suspend or end someone's use of the site if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse of our staff, misuse of the returns process, chargeback abuse or a breach of these terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full to your original payment method within 7 business days. Suspension or termination never affects an order we have already dispatched, a refund you are owed, or your rights under consumer law. You can stop using the site at any time. Sections 10, 11 and 14 continue to apply after termination.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information, and how to opt out of marketing and personalised advertising.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders and use of the site. When we do, we post the new version on this page with its "Last updated" date. If a change affects an order you have already placed and that has not yet been delivered, we email you at the address on that order. The version that applied when we accepted your order continues to apply to that order.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. If you live outside New Zealand, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights under the law of the country where you live.

19. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, together with the policies linked here, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site and your orders.
